  2. What You needis 1 lb of somen noodles, boiled.
  3. What You needis 1 head of ice berg lettuce, shredded.
  4. What You needis 1/2 lb of boiled ham (from deli) shredded.
  5. Lets Go Prepare 1/2 lb of char siu pork (find in asian market, or make @ home) shredded.
  6. It's 2 of eggs, thin sheets, shredded or scrambled.
  7. What You needis 1 of red/white kamaboko, shred into thin matchstick pieces.
  8. It's 3 of green onions, slice.
  9. Lets Go Prepare 2 of chicken breasts, cooked and shredded.
  10. It's of Salad Dressing.
  11. It's 2 tbsp of sesame seeds, crushed.
  12. It's 4 tbsp of sugar.

  2. garnish with remaining ingredients..
  3. Combine salad dressing ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves..
  4. Evenly distribute dressing over salad..
  5. cover and chill well..
  6. Happy New Year!!.
