  1. Wash rice trice with water and add enough water & cook in microwave for 10 mins at 80 power level..

After one boil add cooked rice and saffron strands..mix and crush with pavbhaji hand crusher to break cooked rice into smaller particles. Simmer for 20-25 mins, stirring occasionally till the mixture is thick..and rice is more soften..
  3. Add cardamom powder and mix well..
  4. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Garnish with pistachio flakes and dried rose petals..
