- Sev Tameta subji, take a pan add oil to heat, add mustard and cumin seeds and crackle it. Add chopped tomato and salt. Saute it till it cooked. Add turmeric, red chilli powder. Saute it for 2-3 minute. Add plain sev and mix well..
- For elephant yam subji, take pressure cooker and add oil and put it on gas. Add all ingredients into it. Close the lid and cook under pressure till pressure is released 3 times.Open the lid of the cooker after the pressure reduces completely, sprinkle coriander leaves..
- For brinjal potato subji, take pressure cooker, take oil to heat, add mustard seeds. Let them to splutter it. Add all ingredients and water.
