- Mirchi ki sabji :.
- Wash chilli properly. Take out it's seeds then deep fry it..
- Dry roast peanuts and then grind it..
- In a pan take oil and add mustard seeds. When it crackles add kadhi patta to it..
- Add grated onions. Saute till it becomes golden then add all the masala..
- Add peanut powder. Then add 1 cup water..
- Add fried green chillies..
- Add lemon juice. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Garnish with coriander..
- Sevai kheer :.
- In a pan take ghee and add suji. Saute on medium flame for 5 minutes. Then add sevai to it. Saute for 1 minute..
- Add milk little by little..
- Now add sugar to it. Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped dry fruits..
- Dal vada :.
- Soak rice and all the dals for 5 to 6 hours..
- Then grind it and again put it aside for 4 to 5 hours..
- Add all the masala, grated lauki and baking soda. Mix it well..
- Deep fry all the vadas. Garnish with coriander..
- Tomato rice :.
- Soak rice for 30 minutes..
- In a pressure cooker take oil and ghee. Add cumin seeds..
- Add chopped tomato and capsicum. Saute for 5 minutes..
