Dragon Chicken instructions
- Make a medium thick batter with the ingredients listed under "for marination" and marinate the chicken pieces. refrigerate the marinated chicken pieces for about 30 minutes.
 - Fry the marinated chicken pieces in oil and keep it aside.
 - In the same oil in which the chicken is fried (remove any excess oil),fry the cashews and keep it aside..
 - Now add the ginger paste, garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add celery and spring onion and dried red chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes.
 - Add finely sliced onions and capsicum and cook till it turns soft.
 - Make a paste with the kashmiri chilly powder, tomato sauce and soya sauce and add this to the onion -capsicum mix and add 1/4 cup of water and cook til it starts boiling.
 - At this point add the fried chicken pieces,cashews and carrots and Mix well. cook till the carrots are done.
 - Serve Hot!!! :).
