- What You needis 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Haldi.
- Lets Go Prepare 3 of Green chilli.
- What You needis of Salt as per taste.

- It's 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.

Nagpuri Tarri Poha instructions
- Wash sprouted moth and cook till become medium smooth.
- Wash poha in sieve.
- Heat oil add 1/2tsp mustard seed,1/2tsp Jira,when flutters add 1cut onion.saute it till becomes brown add 1/2tsp garlic ginger paste saute it. Add red chilli powder,haldi,salt mix it well now add cooked moth. And mix it well. Now cook on low flame with lid add cut coriander. Usal is ready.
- Now heat oil 2tsp for Poha Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds when flutters add cut green chilli, add cut onion saute till becomes brown.
- Add haldi,salt as per taste add Poha mix well.
- Slow the flame cook with lid for 5 minutes.
- Poha is ready. Now making Rassa. Heat 4 tap oil,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds slow the flame add ginger garlic paste,add Coconut paste,dry coriander powder,onion and tomato paste. Add red chilli powder,haldi,garam masala and saute it till looses oil. Now add 3 tsp usal or cooked chana and add enough water to make rassa.
- Rassa is ready. Take poha in serving plate,spread usal on Poha,serve Rassa over it, spread green coriander, cut onion and sev on top Serve more rassa in bowl. Tarri poha is ready..
