- Get fish (ragon ruwa) wash and cut, add black pepper, white pepper, garlic and ginger paste maggi diced onions, soy sauce, put on non stick pan and close, turn for a while, when it's water dries allow to cool and flake.....
- Get oil&pure butter in to dye cast pan add soy sauce, rosemary, curry, coriander, diced onion,thyme, black pepper, white pepper, cardamon powder, maggi and sauté....
- After sautéing add ur boiled rice and diced carrot, green bean and peas and fry until it almost stir to pop..
- Then add celery leaf, coriander leaf, mint leaf and fish flake fry and served.
