  4. Take a pan add two tbsps of butter and heat.Add bay leaves,cloves and sauté add cinnamon powder,add blended onions.Roast till gets brown.Add turmeric powder..
  5. Now add red chillies powder,roast till the butter separates..
  6. This is the time to pour tomatoes purée.Here we have to roast on simmer flame with patience until the butter separates..
  7. When roast properly add water,salt and boil properly..
  8. Add garam masala,boiled eggs and keep for five minutes so that the eggs would be absorbed into gravy..
  9. Switch off the flame and add butter and chopped coriander leaves.Egg butter masala gravy is ready to serve.Transfer into serving dish and serve hot..
