Spicy Egg Masala | Boiled Egg Gravy step by step
- Boil 6 eggs and remove the outer shell.Take a bowl with eggs and add turmeric & red chilli powder and then mix it to coat the eggs.Now take a pan and fry the eggs on low heat flame for 5minutes till slight golden colour appear on the eggs..
- Chop the onions & green chillies and prepare ginger garlic paste using blender also make a puree of tomato 🍅..also prepare curd spice mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan then add cumin seeds,when it starts to spluttering add chopped onions,1tsp salt and green chillies and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes till onions starts to look golden in colour,now add ginger garlic paste and fry on low heat for 3 minutes.
- Now Add tomato puree and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes with a splash of water,cook till oil separates,lower the heat and add curd spice mixture and mix it well continuously stir and cook till oil separates..
- Add small cup water mix and cover the lid, let it cook for 8minutes till the masala gravy is cooked.Now you can add kasurimethi and give it a mix..
- Take the fried eggs and add into the spice masala gravy..if you want can add small cup of water and cook it on low heat for more 2 minutes and serve it hot with any of your favourite rotis..
