- In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, ghee and salt mix it well. Gradually add water and make a stiff non sticky dough. Knead well to make a smooth dough. When you press down the dough with fingers, you must feel it is soft and dent easily. Keep aside and rest it for about 30 minutes..
