Ingredients of Daal Paratha
- It's 250 gm of Leftover tadka daal.
- Lets Go Prepare 200 gm of Wheat flour.
- Lets Go Prepare 4 tsp of oil.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- It's of Water as per requirement.
Daal Paratha step by step
- In a mixing bowl, combine daal, wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead properly.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions,make a ball and dust with some wheat flour..
- Roll ball into 5 inches in diameter circle with a little flour.
- On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear.
- Furthermore, flip the paratha untill golden brown.
- Brush oil/ghee, flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.
- Repeat the same process with the remaining dough to make more paratha.
- Finally, serve paratha with butter, sauce, yogurt, or pickle..
