Whole Wheat Bachelor Bachelorette Pizza step by step

  1. Pizza dough: Take a bowl and add the wheat flour, baking powder & baking soda..
  2. Then add salt, oil & curd (add curd in parts). *Note: don’t add water..
  3. Knead it well, cover it with a damp cloth & keep it aside for 15 minutes..
  4. Pre heating the Kadhai: take a kadhai, add salt and place a small utensil on top of it. And cover it on low-medium flame..
  5. Meanwhile the Kadhai is preheating we will roll the dough..
  6. Knead the dough again, roll it and prick it using a fork & transfer into oil brushed plate..
  7. Once the Kadhai is heated, place the plate on it, cover and let the dough cook well from both the sides..
  8. Pizza sauce: Make a slit X on top of the tomatoes..
  9. Then boil it, peel and make a purée..
  10. In a Kadhai, add butter/oil, chopped onion and garlic and sauté it well..
  11. Add the purée, all the spices mentioned above..
  12. Add ketchup and cook well. Once you get the consistency let it cool down..
  13. Lastly, transfer to a glass jar or bowl. *NOTE: Use glass jar or bowl only. Lasts for a week in the refrigerator..
  14. Assembling the pizza: Now add the sauce, veggies, cheese, chilli flakes & oregano..
  15. Again cover & cook it (the cheese will melt too). *Note: don’t do it in high flame*.
  16. Then take it out and garnish with more flakes and oregano and serve it hot! Enjoy:).
