Ingredients of Biscuit Cake :)

1. It's 1 of pack choclate biscuits.
2. It's 1 of pack plain glucose biscuits.
3. Lets Go Prepare 2 tsp of Baking Powder.
4. It's 2 tsp of baking soda.
5. What You needis 1 of Sugar (Optional).
6. Lets Go Prepare 1 of Milk as required.
7. It's 1 of oil for greasing.

Biscuit Cake :) instructions

1. Break the biscuits into pieces and put it a mixer to make it powdery.
2. Add milk to the seperate mixes and mix until no lumps remain.
3. Add sugar if you like (although I didnt since the biscuits were quite sweet).
4. Mix the batter until fluffy, Add Baking powder and baking soda into the two mixes 1 teaspoon each.
5. Now grease a cake tin with some oil, add batters by alternating between the two.
6. Heat a cooker for sometime on the gas, put in a stand and put cake tin in it on slow flame.
7. Cover with the cooker cover without the whistle.
8. Let it cook on slow till 45 minutes.
9. Enjoy ! I serve it with vanilla icecream or have it with tea.
