Parshaad (Punjabi sweet) instructions
- Boil water and sugar and keep it aside once the sugar has dissolved and boiled for 2 mins.
- In a different pan Put in the margarine/butter /ghee.
- Put the flour inside the margarine and keep on stirring do not stop stirring..keep stirring until the flour starts to change color to golden brown.
- Once the flour and oil mixture is cooked pour in the water sugar mixture slowly as you keep stirring....
- Keep stirring until yoou have finished the water and now the mixture should look heavy and thick continue stirring for the next 3 minutes and take it out. And serve yourself.
- You can keep it for a few days even unfrigerated and it won't be spoilt...all the best.
