  4. Now heat ghee/oil in a wok.Take prepared dough and knead again for 2-3 mins until soft..
  5. Roll the dough into thick roti and cut it into desired pieces..
  6. Fry them into hot oil until nice golden in colour.Take them out and soak into the sugar syrup for 10 -15 mins..
