  1. Firstly to make the French Fries,take 5-6 Potatoes and peel of the skin.Wash it and after it dries cut it into long fingers.In medium hot oil fry in small numbers and don't fry all at once.Once it is fried,take it out in a paper napkin.Once again on hot oil fry it till it's crispy.Remove from oil and take it in Paper Napkin.If you fry it twice it becomes crispy and less oily..

For the Manchurian,take 1/2 Cup chopped cabbage,1 grated or chopped carrots,1 small chopped onion,2 tbsp chopped spring onions,2 chopped green pepper,4-5 tbsp corn flour,1 tbsp cake flour (maida),1 tsp chilli paste,1 tsp ginger paste,1 tsp garlic paste,1 tsp salt,1 tsp soya sauce,2-3 pinches of ajinomoto and mix all the ingredients above.Take a pan and heat some oil at a medium hot flame.Make round balls of the dough prepared from these ingredients and fry them..
  3. For the gravy,heat the oil and add spring onions,ginger and garlic pastes.Now add all sauces and dissolve the corn flour in water and add to the mixture..
  4. Once it boils a little and has gravy consistency add the Manchurian and cook for 2-5 minutes..
  5. For the rice,In a non stick pan add 1 tbsp Ghee and then add all the chopped vegetables,rice and salt per taste.Toss it and cook it and then the rice part is ready..
  6. Serving Procedure is as follows,Take a Sizzler plate and heat it and add a little oil..
