- Soak and peel beans using hand/blender/ mortal & pestle..

- Blend pepper. If using blender/grinding stone soak for at least one hour before blending.
- Add spices, crayfish etc. The seasoning cube should be dissolved in little warm water before adding. If using palm oil, heat up before adding. The mixing process shouldn't be more than 5-10mins.
- Scoop into container and add egg, seal and cook.Stir each time you want to scoop.U can as well cook directly in water. Ensure the water in the pot doesn't dry up while steaming..
- Cook until it's done. It takes about 40- 50 mins to steam.
