  1. Mix all the ingredients of dough and knead it like the paratha dough.Keep aside for half an hour..
  2. Take a kadai and add oil to it. Now add jeera and hing to it..
  3. Add curry leaves, then ginger chilly paste and methi leaves to it.Cook for 2 minutes..
  4. Now add crushed green peas and cook it thouroughly..
  5. Now add all the masalas to it and also the raw banana..
  6. Cook it till the water evaporates and the stuffing becomes dry..
  7. Now switch off the flame and then add lime juice to it and garnish with coriander..
  8. Now knead the dough nicely and make big lemon size balls..
  9. Now roll it in small puri size and fill the stuffing and make it into a ball..
  10. Now roll it into a thin size paratha and roast it on tawa with the help of ghee or oil till it turns light brown..
  11. Mix all the ingredients of the chutney and grind in the mixer jar..
  12. Serve the paratha with chutney and curd to make it a balanced meal..
