- Lets Go Prepare 2 cup of long grain Basmati Rice.

- Soak soya chunks in water for 5 minutes..
 - Boil eggs, peel off and fry in oil..
 - Heat ghee in pressure cooker and put whole spices..
 - Add chopped onions and fry till golden in colour..
 - Add garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder..
 - Add salt and soaked soya chunks and cook for a minute..
 - Add curd and washed basmati rice and mix well so that spices coated rice properly..
 - Add water, rose water, boiled eggs,food colour and close the lid and cook for 1 whistle..
 - After releasing the pressure opwn the lid and serve hot..
