- First fry onion in a pan.
- When it soft add all spices in it salt 1 spoon mix well add meat in it mix well.

- Now boil rice in 2 tsp salty water in a pan when it boil add drain rice in it.
- Bring it to boil when rice 80 percent cooked drain the water.
- Take same pan of rice add 1tbsp oil in it then layer of rice in it.
- Then add food color in it add chopped coriander in it add chopped tomato little in it.
- Same procedure add 2 layers in it.
- At last add tadka of longg and small ilachi in it.
- And put cloth on the lid of pan and keep 15 min in damm.
- Now spicy biryani become ready.
