  1. First coat the bringal with some oil then Switch on the gas place a bringal roast from all the sides.
  2. Then cool it for 5 min then remove skin from the bringal and chopped with knife.
  3. Heat the pan add oil then add cumin seed and mustard seed when seed crackle then asafoetida after that add garlic and ginger saute for 30 sec.
