Masala Baingan Bharta instructions
- Wash the baingan and cut it half till the stem and grease baingan with mustard oil..
- Roast it until it becomes soft..
- Peel the skin and remove the stem and keep it aside and mash it well..
- Take a pan add mustard oil and heat it up..
- Add cumin seeds fry it..
- Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes stir it and cook until the raw smell goes away..
- Add green chilli, peas, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook it for 3-4minutes on medium flame..
- Then add mashed baingan, chopped cherry, dry fruits, salt and mix it well and cook it for2-3 minutes..
- After 3 minutes add milk mix well and cook for 3-4minutes and add chopped coriander leaves..
