Baingan Kay pakoray step by step
- Wash and cut bringals into thin slices and soak into water.
 - Add red chilli powder, salt and tamarind pulp into water of bringal slices and marinate for 30 minutes.
 - After 30 minutes strain all the water and keep them in strainer. Squeeze gently from palm of both hands to remove all the water. Keep a side.
