Ingredients of Dahi Wale Baingan
- What You needis 10 pcs of baigan.
- It's 1 cup of Curd.
- Lets Go Prepare as per taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- What You needis 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- It's 2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of jeera powder.
- Lets Go Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- What You needis 1 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala.
- What You needis 1 tsp of Chat Masala.
- Lets Go Prepare as needed of Water.
- It's as per need of Cooking oil (Refine oil).
- It's as required of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Dahi Wale Baingan step by step
- Firstly cut the baigans into a thick and in a diagonally shape and some some salt in it and mix them properly..
- Then,in a pan shallow fry all the baigans until it turns into crisp and slight golden in colour..
- Now,in a another pan add some 2 tsp of oil.In it add ginger garlic paste and saute it until aroma comes out of it..
- Hereafter, in the same pan add all the dry ingredients : red chilli powder, Coriander powder,zeera powder,turmeric powder,chat masala, and garam masala and add 1 tsp of water and saute it properly for 1 min. Then again add some water and saute it for another 1 min.Repeat this proces 3 more times in a slow flame..
- After Turn off the gas.
- Now,its time to assemle all baigans and masala in a shallow flat surface.
- Now in the curd add 2 tsp of water and make a slight thick consistency and whisk it properly..
- Finally in assembling, in the thick flatten surface plate pour bit masala and spread all over the surface. Then spread all the baigans in one layer on top of it add some masala and curd. Repeat this assembling process in 2 or 3 layers as per your wish. lastly at a little masala and cordiander leaves for garnishing.
- Ready to serve..
