Ingredients of Besan ke chille ki sabzi
- Lets Go Prepare 2 cups of besan/gram flour.
- It's 2 tsp of garlic paste.
- Lets Go Prepare 2 tsp of ginger paste.
- It's 2 tsp of green chillies paste.
- What You needis 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Lets Go Prepare 2 of cut tomatoes.
- It's 1 of cut onion.
- What You needis 1 tsp of dhania(corinader) powder.
- It's 1 tsp of haldi(Turmeric) powder.
- Lets Go Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- Lets Go Prepare to taste of Salt.
- What You needis 3 cups of water.

Besan ke chille ki sabzi instructions
- First we will prepare batter for chilla.
- Take besan in a bowl put 1 tsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp haldi,1tsp green chilli paste,salt to taste and 1 cup water mix it well to make a smooth batter.
- Now take a tawa and heat it on medium flame.
- Now spread oil on tawa.
- Pour the batter on tawa with help of bowl and spread it all over the tawa.
- Now with the help of spatula roll the chilla and take out of the tawa.
- Like this make all chillas acc. to the batter.
- Now take a kadai put oil and heat.
- When oil heats put cumin and methi seeds.
- Now put onion when onion becomes brown add tomatoes.
- When tomatoes become soft add left ginger,garlic and green chillies paste.
- Mix it well,now put dhania,haldi,red chilli power and mix.
- When masala becomes brown then add 2 cups water and stir it well.
- Now cut the chillas,when the water in the kadai boils then add chillas into the kadai add garam masala and salt to taste.
- Cover the kadai and let it cook for 5 minutes..
- Besan ke chilla ki sabzi is ready to serve.
