- Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes.
- In a bowl add refined flour, cornflour,1 tsp pepper powder, salt add some water and thick make batter.
- Coat paneer pieces in this batter and marinate for 15 mins.
- Heat oil in a kadai on medium heat and deep fry marinated paneer cubes till light brown.
- Remove on absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Dissolve 1 tbsp cornflour in 3tbsp of water & keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan, add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilles fry them for 1 min.
- Next add chopped onion and saute until it turns light brown.
- Add chopped capsicum & fry for 2mins.
- Next add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, vinegar and little salt.
